They may also contain photographs of the product and labeling information. We provide these to prospective and current clients so that they know exactly what to expect. If clients have their own specification format, we are happy to fill those out or ensure our product meets their specific specs.

Our quality assurance team conducts shelf-life studies on our products, especially when introducing new items or packaging formats. We test how long our chilled beef stays in optimal condition, or how a frozen goat carcass holds quality over months, etc. This data is shared with clients so they can make informed decisions about ordering schedules and stock management. For example, if our tests show a particular vacuum-packed chilled beef cut has a shelf life of 90 days at 0°C, we will provide that information along with the recommended storage guidelines. This scientific approach helps our clients maintain quality on their end and reduces waste.

We keep ourselves updated on the import requirements of various countries. We extend this knowledge to our customers by advising on regulations such as Halal certification needs, labeling laws (for instance, Arabic label requirements for Middle Eastern countries), any import permit prerequisites, or restrictions on certain products. If an importing country requires specific veterinary certificates or prior approvals, we assist our clients in navigating those procedures. Essentially, we act as a partner in compliance, ensuring that no regulatory detail is overlooked that could hinder a shipment.

Our technical support team can advise clients on the optimal shipping modes and handling upon arrival. For instance, for a client who is new to importing, we can provide guidelines on how to store the products after they clear customs, how to thaw frozen meat properly, and how long they can expect the product to last in their cold room. We also provide recommendations on inventory management (like FIFO) to help clients maintain quality through to the retail or end-user stage.

We have an online portal where clients can download important documents and resources. This includes not only the spec sheets mentioned above but also brochures, Halal certificates, ISO certificates, test reports, and handling guidelines. Important certificates – such as our Halal certification or the approval from the Saudi Food and Drug Authority – are available for download so that clients can use them for their own compliance or marketing purposes. We ensure that all information provided is up-to-date; when we renew certifications or add new test results, those are promptly uploaded.

Our relationship with clients doesn’t end when the product is delivered. We maintain an open line for any technical questions or issues that may arise. If a client, for example, has a question about the best cooking method for a particular cut, or if they have a concern about a specific shipment’s quality, our team (including food technologists and experienced butchers) will address it immediately. In the rare event of any product quality claim, we investigate thoroughly and provide findings and solutions in a transparent manner.
